Recipe for Fish Maw Soup

     

  Before celebrating the Chinese New Year, Fish Maw flood the Chinese market. It is considered as one of the best gifts for friends and family as it is quite expensive and is not a common item on the table during normal days due to its scarcity. Many Chinese families present it only at important parties. 

  The fish maw dried is expensive if it is of good quality, but what is sold in the supermarket has an average price and, therefore, the price is much lower. This soup has a sticky texture maybe someone feel disgusted when see gooey texture but this soup has very taste awesome.
